The miles are 8,354 and the seat and peg wear and brake wear and sprocket wear support those miles. It stops fine but the brake feel is not firm like new DOT 4 brake fluid would provide. You can tell when a speedometer has been changed by looking at the speedometer condition compared to the other gauges and overall condition of the bike
