The cadillac de ville was originally a trim level and later a separate model produced by cadillac. The first car to bear the name was the 1949 coupe de ville, a prestige trim level of the series 62 luxury coupe. The last model to be formally known as a de ville was the 2005 cadillac deville, a full-size sedan, the largest car in the cadillac model range at the time. In 1972 a modest frontal revision placed more emphasis on horizontal grille blades. The parking lamps were moved from the bumper to between the square bezel headlamps, which were now set wider apart. V-shaped emblems made a return on hood and deck lid. This deville has a brilliant zodiac blue paint job with a white vinyl top. Staying with the exterior all the way around the car is still held up impeccably and remains in as good of shape as it originally did. The interior is in dark blue majesty cloth with leather and vinyl sections, which is in tremendous shape with no visible rips, tears or any problems. The comforts in this luxury ride include, a dual comfort seat, variable-ratio power steering, dual power brakes with discs in the front, power windows, and the wood grained dash and instrument cluster that is still fully functioning like the rest of the features. Powering this deville is the bigger of the 2-optioned engines with a 7. 7l, 472ci ohv cadillac v8, and the always reliable 3-speed turbo hydra-matic transmission. This cadillac is one fine piece that starts, runs, and drives just like it was meant to when it rolled off the line! Power Windows
