All chrome, glass, lenses, and rubbers are original. The top on the car was just replaced with a glass rear window, and is in good shape with only one little rip at top base on passenger side. The hydraulic power top motor puts the roof up and down with ease. All of the glass is in great shape with no chips or cracks. The body on the car is laser straight and was taken apart and painted right last time it was restored, but that was many years ago and the paint is starting to show checking and paint flaw at many spots on the car, un-noticable at more than 5ft.... What a gorgeous eye catching color combination very rarely seen. The color combination of this Deville is really what sets it apart from most others I've ever seen. The Red on Black real leather interior combination with all of its chrome and wood accents is absolutely gorgeous on this car and gives the car a very luxurious feel. The seating areas are all in good condition and show extremely well. The fit and finish of the interior trim is all very good and all metal trim pieces are in excellent shape and the dash and gauges are in very nice shape and all plastic pieces are crack free. The steering wheel and horn cap are very nice and the wheel has been professionally covered with a good looking black leather. The trunk has been all professionally re-carpeted. 1960 CADILLAC DEVILLE CONVERTIBLE, this Deville was purchased by him in the late 90s’ and is being sold only because of failing health. It is one of three Cadillacs for sale in a collection of 12 classic cars. We don’t know all the details of the restoration, as it was already completed in the mid 90’s. It appears to have been a professional restoration that is now starting to show it’s age. The engine is a rebuilt 390 V-8 mated to a rebuilt 3-speed automatic transmission. The exterior was repainted in the original Olympic White and is excellent. The interior was redone in the original color combination of Red & White Leather. All the exterior chrome and trim have either been redone or replaced and the undercarriage is solid and clean with no issues. What follows are the details. Vin #60F0276314 390 V-8 Engine; 3-Speed Automatic Transmission; Power Steering; Power Brakes; Power Windows; Power Leather Seat; Power Convertible Top; Power Antenna; Air Conditioning; Autronic Eye; Not a #1 show car, but a nice example of one of the last Classic Cadillac convertibles. The lights, signals, gages, windows, seat, top, radio and blower motor are fully operational. The car will be a proud addition for any Cadillac collector. Included in the sale will be some spare parts shown in the trunk.  Please remember that this car is 54 years old and not perfect. Seller's Comments and Description: Power steering turns with one finger, power brakes take the boat to a halt, all the power windows work great, as does the power convertible top, AM/FM radio and its mono rear speaker work great The factory AC system is totally complete but has no belt so I've never had that working (no need with the top down). The body is nice and straight, everything aligns, opens/closes nicely although the paint does show some age/dryness/dulling mostly from the sun.
