The tblack merino leather and alcantara interior is a 10/10. No wear that i can see, anywhere. It is very clean inside and out. The previous owner took very good care of it, and it has been meticulously driven by me for a little while, now without any issues whatsoever. The car is absolutely mechanically sound. Oil has been changed about 1,000 miles ago (synthetic 10w-60s oil - bmw m cars require this thicker type of oil). A/c was just recharged. Tires are in good condition and have considerable tread remaining (pirelli pzero summer performance tires - stock sizes with the rear being wider than the front). The car is completely ready to get in and drive; no service lights, or anything of the sort. As far as the title goes, the car will come with a rebuilt title. Bmw released its new model, the m5, for the first time in 1984 in frankfurt, germany which was designed to be a high-performance variant of their executive car line. The first models were built and sold in 1985 and were built by hand and based off of the 535i chassis but with a fully modified m1 engine which made this the fastest sedan in the world at that time. In 1998 the e39 m5 was introduced and had many benefits added to the newer generation including increased horsepower. This generation also had a significant increase in production numbers as well and unlike its predecessors, was produced at the dingolfing factory in germany. With just over 5,000 miles per year, this vehicle has been well cared for and has been in the state of arizona for the past 9 years. The power of this sedan is highly recognized and respected but with all the comfort of a luxury sedan, this is an amazing automobile for many reasons. From the outside, the premium alloy wheels from the factory are in great condition and have nice bridgestone potenza tires installed. The interior is showing just as well as the outside with its premium black leather seating, power heated front seats, touchscreen media center with navigation capability, 3-way power memory driver's seat and steering wheel, dual automatic temperature control, and even a power sunroof!
