Offered here is a rare and sporty german-engineered beauty. The m coupe was only in production for five years (1998 to 2002) and was intentionally designed to give the popular z3 roadster more stability and performance. In those five years, only 3,310 cars were built. In 2000, just 1,162 were manufactured. The low production numbers combined with some stellar m power performance, makes this car extremely cool and increasingly collectible. This 2000 bmw m coupe example is originally from texas, remains rust-free, and is a blast to drive. The car has never been tracked, although, it would provide awesome corner-hugging lap times. Under the bonnet, the s52 3. 2l/240hp i6 engine, the same engine in the e36 m3’s at the time, gives it plenty of power. The celebrated “m” badge might be a give away too. The car is finished in factory titanium silver metallic over a dark gray/black nappa leather interior. Noteworthy features include the factory wheels, quad tip exhaust, sunroof, power/heated seats, harmon/kardon stereo system, passenger and side airbags, ac, cruise control, heated windscreen washer nozzles, limited slip differential, sport seats, and m leather steering wheel. Some tasteful aftermarket features include tinted windows, rear quarter rock guards, and an aftermarket stereo with aux input. Within the past year, the car has been serviced with new koni yellow shocks w/ rogue engineering shock mounts, new valve cover gasket, radiator hoses, belts/pulleys, water pump, fan and fan clutch. The car runs strong, shifts smooth, clutch grabs low, all control arms and tire rods are tight and have intact boots, and it leaks zero oil.
