Offered here is a stunning example of a car where money and time was definitely not a concern during the ground up rotisserie restoration. From the ground up every surface was painted, nearly $24,000. 00 just in the paint job!! The owner has provided us with multiple large binders full of receipts and service records that add up to nearly $100,000. 00. According to the owner, the vehicle has been completely restored from top to bottom with nothing left to chance! The engine has been replaced with a very strong running roush built dual quad, aluminum intake 427ci v8 that has less than 5 miles on it. The transmission, bell housing, hurst shifter, clutch and driveshaft are brand new along with new axles with 31 spline gears to stand up to the power!! Increased rear suspension supports welded to the body for increased torsional rigidity the interior of this vehicle brand new including sound deadening material under the carpet. Ithere are some extremely nice upgrades like; ceramic powder coated and all new borla ss exhaust . Freshly rebuilt fords famous 289 motor with only 307 shake down miles provide the power. Some of the motors features are mild hydraulic cam with 4 barrel carburetor, hedders and great sounding dual exhaust. Shifting is handled by a rebuilt c4 automatic transmission with mild shift kit. Putting the power to the pavement is fords heavy duty 9 inch rear end with new springs and shocks. Magnum 500 wheels with fresh red line rubber give this 66 fairlane that classic vibe that looks just bad.
